KeepUp

Safe team communication

Team communication built for a school program, and safe by design. Channels by sport and season, direct and group messages, announcements, rosters, and schedules keep coaches, athletes, and families in one place instead of scattered across group texts and email chains. Then the safety layer: every student message is screened on the device before it sends, the adults get AI moderation and alerts on anything concerning, and parents get transparent, gated visibility. The communication a team runs on, with COPPA and FERPA compliance built in, not bolted on.

KeepUp app
01
The team’s communication hub
Channels by sport and season, direct messages, group threads, announcements, real-time notifications, and Alfréd’s reminders. One home base for the whole program instead of a scramble of group texts and email chains.

02
Announcements that actually land
Coaches post once and reach the right athletes and families, with read receipts, RSVPs, and pinned practice changes and bus times. No more “did everyone see it?” before a meet.

03
Families in the loop
Supervised family groups and transparent, gated parent visibility keep parents connected without opening a side door. On-device and server translation keeps multilingual families included.

04
Screened before it sends
Student messages run through a built-in checker right on the device, catching derogatory or inappropriate language before it sends. A student’s words never have to leave the phone to be screened, which is exactly how KeepUp stays COPPA and FERPA compliant.

05
AI moderation for the adults
Messages from coaches and parents are moderated by AI and triaged clear, questionable, or severe. Anything flagged lands in a review queue for coaches and athletic directors, and a blocked message can be appealed, which keeps the system fair and tunes out false positives.

Eyes for coaches, ADs & school admins
The adults responsible for students can monitor their program and get alerted to potential dangers, all behind locked-down safety access that verifies identity, auto-logs out on inactivity, and records every view.

Meets & schedules flow in
Each swimmer’s meets, results, and schedules arrive from the same backbone as Touchpad and Streamline, so the team’s home base always shows what’s next and how everyone did.
